The underside of one that got flipped over from the tide coming in. too cute
A stranded Green turtle we took to the ARC for a check up. He looked pretty healthy, we were not sure why he had come up on the beach, maybe to get away from a shark.

Your job is awesome! Those little turtles are soo soo cute! Thanks for the birthday wishes...it was actually in the middle of May but I just decided to post the pics now. Ah well what do you do?
So did you name each one you released. Sure that is alot of names but I think that they deserve it.

Hi Heather,
Your mom was telling me about your summer, so I thought I would check your your blog. It is fun to see you, and the cute turtles. What and experience... See you in a few weeks. Just one question...Do you think you could get in better shape? I don't think so, you look great!!

That upside-down turtle totally reminds me of Ninja Turtles for a moment: "Help I'm a turtle and I can't get up!"
It looks like so much fun! I hope we get to see you on your way back!
